I am regretibly having to put my pride and Joy Ruby red S2 avant up for sale.
I have recently taken quite a large pay cut so unfortunately will have to sell.
She is a 1995 with 128k on the clock 11 months MOT and 4 months Tax. full service history a lot of Main dealer but also some specialist.
She is fully standard the only modification being polly bushes that were done 1 month ago.I have owned her for a year. since owning I have had :-
service 122000
oil change service 125000
New clutch master cylinder
top mounts
full front superflex polly bush kit
Rear powerflex polly bush kit
New front and rear brake discs and pads
1 month ago new rocker cover gasket
1 month ago recon auxilary radiator
1 month ago 4 new Pirrelli P6000
rear bearing
This is a very good example of an avant but does have areas that will need to be sorted. The bonnet has 1 or 2 areas where the laquer has flaked. There are one or 2 very small trolley dings and a couple of stone chips around the doors and a small area of rust coming on the tailgate below the rear windscreen wiper but after all this is a 15 year old car. The air conditioning needs some attention probably re-gasing. The rear windscreen wiper does not work.The next service is due in September or 2000 miles whatever comes first
This is a very good example of an avant. Going by the history she has been looked after by all owners .front electric Recaro Grey leather seats and all carbon trim. All electrics work inside , Windows etc. Cruise control with no faults.She starts on the button every time showing 5 bars oil pressure. This car has never let me down since owning her and has been used daily for my trip to the office. The only reason I am selling this pride and joy of mine is because I need to slot into economy mode for a while so if anyone has any good Audi VW turbo diesel there maybe a deal to be had.
I want £5000 for the car so if anyone is on the look out call me on 01637830480.I am based near Newquay in Cornwall anyone is welcome to take a look by appointment evenings or weekends.I will post Pictures as soon as I locate the lead for my camera to download photos.Any question please do not hesitate to ask
