£4k is strong money for a 3B, tidy or not. Look at Pistonheads and see what else is available and what stuff has sold for. My brother picked up a really tidy 3B, similar spec to yours, earlier this year for £1600.

put some autoglym bumper and plastic treatment stuff on those trims...will make a world of difference and it doesnt wash away in rain like el cheapo garage stuff.
