    that does look really nice,

Although what a completely ridiculous thing to say on the listing:

"This Very Rare Car Has Been Taken in Part Exchange At a Small German Car Specialist Dealer Based in Dorchester Dorset, We would Normally Dispose of this Age Of Car Through The Trade But Due To Outstanding Condition And Type of Car We Have decided To Find Its Next Owner buy Auction!"

Well done and thank you! Its very good of you not to have SCRAPPED a mint URS4! :corey:

Does make me wonder what my UrS4 would go for when its sorted . . . . .

if it is sorted, you should be asking 5K at least. I would - they are rare cars and therefore desirable to not all but some and good examples will command that extra dosh!

As much as I wish this was the case, I really can't see anyone getting anything like that kind of money for an S4 or S6. Mark couldn't sell his S6 whole and his is one of the best example's around. Fishbone on here had a lovely Nogaro Blue S6, possible the most sought after colour, and he couldn't get £3k for it. Maybe in time excellent examples will rise in value as I believe they should, but unfortunately the S4/S6 isn't actually that desirable and in the eyes of many will be too expensive to run and maintain. Still, at least parts are becoming cheaper and more readily available for us with all the cars being broken for spares!
'93 S4 Avant now back on the road complete with new shiny go faster bits.

..but to be fair it hadn't been run for 2 years and needed work doing, suspension etc. Remember that black one that sold for 5k iirc last year, and that was an auto.

Spinks manual nogaro S6 will be for sale soon i believe, thats really nice.
I agree, the most sought after colour and manual box with black S6+ optics, you dont see those come up for sale very often...if ever.

I didn't even pay that for my blue UrS4! But it has got 200k on it and that might be up for sale once i've put the HP2's on it as for some reason i just can't get on with it

I think they will creep. Its the same as everything, its the ''i always wanted one as a kid, and now i can afford one'' thing, you can watch it go through 60's 70's and 80's cars!
However, i do think it'll be cars like this one that will fetch the money, clean lower mileage dead standard cars. Just like Cosworths, M3's etc
