Damn. If only I had the room, or less cars already.
It looks like a beauty.
I've been trying to work out what I can get rid of.

I hope this car goes to a good home. Good luck with the sale.SSComment

Cheers mate.
Looks like I'll be keeping it for the foreseeable future though. Market seems to be real slow at the moment. Just look at the way RS4 prices are dropping!Comment

Took her up to the lakes yesterday (covered half the mileage in that 1 trip than I did in the whole of last year!) and realised why I bought her in the first place.
Had a bit of fun with a Noble M12 on the trip home providing him with a confused expression trying to work out why he couldn't get rid of the old Audi estate from behind him (despite some of his suicidal overtakes!!!).
May have to reconsider my decision!

Andy I think you should keep this ive noticed like others on here the performance sector has collapsed in terms of pricing and the RS2 is a classicTook her up to the lakes yesterday (covered half the mileage in that 1 trip than I did in the whole of last year!) and realised why I bought her in the first place.

Still for sale as I've decided that I have to own a B5 RS4* before the government comes to the conclusion that all us NHS employees are surplus to requirements, and I can't afford one.
I managed to avoid this years cull to save £60million, but same problem again next year as our Trust has to save £40million, and the same again in 2013!!

*Although not at the expense of giving the RS2 away! If it doesn't acheive my asking price (or pretty damn close!), it'll be staying.Last edited by teknobod; 16 August 2011, 19:56.Comment

"Having spent a large amount of time and money in 2.5 years of ownership, but only having covered around 1000miles, my good lady has put her foot down and suggested (demanded!) that I consider selling my pride and joy."
How on earth did you get buy-in for a B5 RS4 then??! did you sell it to her on the basis that a newer car would be more reliable and cheaper to run?
Lovely looking car at a nice price.Comment

The proviso is that I drive it instead of using it as an ornament!"Having spent a large amount of time and money in 2.5 years of ownership, but only having covered around 1000miles, my good lady has put her foot down and suggested (demanded!) that I consider selling my pride and joy."

And with RS4 prices where they are at the moment, there's no better time.Last edited by teknobod; 17 August 2011, 06:59.Comment
), so as I've paid for the ad on Ebay, I'll let it finish then take the RS2 off sale. I may consider selling again later when the market picks up.
