450 miles? So what? You can do that in 5 or 6 hours with breaks. Fly up in the morning and be home for tea

I couldn't think of anything better than a nice long drive in my new S2!

yea dest I know, havent really got that much of an issue with the drive .... my 3k budget is whats stopping me so far

Ok, speaking from experience... Don't buy the cheapest one, you WILL end up spending more money than a decent one!
Scrape together another 500 and get a very well sorted and cared for one (I'm sure you know all this anyway

)

yup but thanks and yea im certainly scraping theres a couple that im interested in im selling everything ! kidney anyone?

I wouldn't recommend spending all you have, one problem and the car could be off the road.

Workshop available and second car available so thats not the issue , parts might be ! i found that out last time when i tried to order the fuel pipe that bolts onto the rail
