1994 coupe for sale

I am no mechanic and as my S2 has a number of issues with it that are beyond my capabilities (and inclinations!) to fix, I have decided to sell. The car is a 1984cc first registered in 1994 "plain red" in colour. The mileage is a genuine 78,000 miles on it - lots of MOTs to support this. It passed it's MOT in June - no problems/advisories, and is taxed until the end of August 2011. The bodywork has only a very few scratches on it and no rust. The spare wheel is the original, all manuals are present. Interior in pretty good condition - no rips etc.
The issues are :
The gearbox whines - it has been like this for the last three years!
The suspension "knocks" -bushes or shock absorbers??
There is a very occassional electrical fault - the lights all come on but nothing happens when the key is turned. It has always "cleared" after a few mins and then everything is fine. I had a new ignition switch and battery fitted, but it hasn't completely solved it.
I believe this is the basis of a good car - low mileage and very good bodywork. You would need to do some work on it and so I will sell it as "spares or repair". If you want to I would be prepared to deliver it after purchase - reasonable distances only obviously!
