Pulled 8K!! and 7.5K the week before! Not good for RS2 sellers.
You might leave the S2 fold every so often - but you'll always come back!

Thought about going to look at it but as no one on here seemed to know it I didn't bother, I'd want to know plenty about it's past before I bought one.

I have to go to Northampton in a week or so, I'll give them a call nearer the time.

                  rs4 b5's at 9-11k

                  who knows!

Nice ones still cost proper money though - not many people want the hassle and expense of putting a dog right again.
Done right though, its an investment. Its a collectable car, in mint condition they will only ever go up in value IMHO.

yep, service/accident history/owners along with the condition of the car would have a big part to play.

May be an investment if you don't drive it, dont have to spend money maintaining it, and you are prepared to wait 10 years, but by then petrol will cost so much you will need to be a millionaire to run it.

I think the only ones worth any 'real' money will be low mileage examples in prime colours and totally standard.

Cars with over 100k on the clock and modified (even slightly) will never really fetch massive money - RS2's are pretty rare now and if you compare them to equivelent cars of their era like the Lotus Carlton and Sierra Cosworths, they're cheap.
