    A3 1.8t sport quattro

I know it's not an S2 but here is a link to my wifes A3, gret little car just gone up to an A4 that's a bit bigger for our needs. Looking to around £2500

Great cars these. MY2000 too, so the best year IMHO.

We've had ours for over 10 years now, and it continues to be a fantastic car, even though it is mostly just a winter hack now.

We also have a MY2000 S3, and they are very different characters.
In many ways I prefer the lighter chassis, less laggy K03 and 5 speed box, especially on the tight twisty roads around home, and of course with >330Nm of torque.
I think yours should be making more than 173Nm BTW. Lbs/ft more like.

Anyway, good luck with the sale.

The performance details were self populated by pistonheads, so the torque figure came from them, the car is pretty rapid with the 5 speed box so can keep up with most modern performance cars. Odd i haven't one enquiry time to reduce the price maybe.
