As you know space is very limited for me and as the car does not get used she see's no point in me having it ..

The price was difficult as she was going to put it up very very cheap as according to her "it's a K reg and it's old"...

Any sized garage would be good, shame as round here most industrial units and garages are being made into concrete city flats (Developers call them apartments ) so no where to work on the cars or store them..
