Sorry boys its time for me to part with the old gal, (sitting looking out of the office window where it is parked outside as I write this). Please remeber guys this has been my daily driver for the past 4 years and never really let me down (other than a dead battery).
So here it is.
1994 Black S2 Avant ABY 6 Speed.
185K on the clock although had an engine replacement from a K reg Avant which had 130K on the clock with rebuilt head two years ago in July.
Homefried ECU
Samco Boost Kit
Center vent Boost Guage
Plasma Guages all round
Black Quattro Cloth interior
RS2 FARB
RS2 Shocks
Standard Springs
Heated seats
New airfilter
Has a few niggles with rust in the usual place on the tailgate and on the front wheel arches. Obviously a car of this age has stone chips etc all over and a key scratch (will still kill them if i get my hands on them) on the passenger door which has been filled with the colour but could do with a final touch and then properly polishing to clear it up. Small dint above the petrol flap, this has been there since i got the car. New battery two years ago.
The car has been sat for the past 5 weeks now but has been started up with no problems twice a week to ensure the engine runs.
Have noticed today for some reason the headlining in the rear of the car is coming unstuck, for the life of me i dont know why.
Coming with the car is :-
Full set of standard wheels with good tyres all round,
Set of A4 alloys which the car is currently on (after my swap :mischeif
with 235 wide tyres and Bambridge 15mm alloy spacers and longer bolts.A full set of rear wishbones(top and bottom) for overhaul, nothing wrong with what is on the car but was going to get them shot blasted etc and put the following in.
Full set of powerflex rear bushes and the main bush which can only be got from Audi (this full set cost me in the region of £350)
two cast front wishbones,
two pressed front wishbones
Anything else i can muster from the parts garage that would benefit the new owner (IIRC there is an idle control valve, the metal boost pipework I had made up for my old coupe, etc etc etc Quite a few bits really)
Rear diff if wanted from a coupe
New sump plug
NEw oil filter
No MOT at the mo but will fix that next week.
Tax till end sept
Really good haul for anyone looking to get into S2 ownership or after a project that can be used daily.
I will be really really sad to see her go as I do enjoy driving her, just wish I had the money to do the miles I am now doing and use her (hence going diesel)
£2500 for all in the above list.
PM me with your email and I will ping some pics over
Cheers
Aaron
P.S. DONT tempt me to keep her as I would change my mind in a heart bet but I have to be sensible......
