i think it shows enterprise. however you would think he would have fixed the window and roof lining. then detailed it taking proper pictures etc first.

Using the previous sellers pics is awful to say the least but I have no problem with the concept of him buying something at a low price and selling for profit. It is greed but ultimately that is what makes people pursue business interests. Without greed, I doubt very much whether any car manufacturers would have designed and made the cars we drive.

Like Monkey said, it shows enterprise but he should have fixed the minor faults if he is going to call himself a trader, even a part time one.
