I just bought a house... Take out a secure loan once you get the mortgage, and do all the renovating yourself to save on labour

That's what I've done and - albeit abouts to be SORNed - the RS2 is staying and I'll pick it up again next year...

Shame you have to sell but will make the next owner happy I'm sure.

Mine's done almost identical mileage to yours and to anyone interested that's worried about mileage on these it ain't a problem at all if the servicing has been regular and the owners have not driven in anger when cold (a classic chav trait). I would say that mine is far better now than when I bought it with 136k on the clock.
