yes i went to see it on saturday . well what can i say it looked nice but there was a lot of faults with it . tried to say the damage was passengers side but was obvious to see that it was driver side as mick kindly pointed out as being the one who had the accident in it . im not very mechanical but the chassis didnt look right to me , the windscreen needed replacing , loads of oil under the gearbox , needed service , brake discs on last legs , no service history,mileage was'nt registering so god knows how many miles it had done , back rear quarters were starting to rot . didnt get a chance to really give it a good boot due to the police being in front of me , but the little blip that i did do i felt a wobble in the steering . considering in the advert it has stunning condition i was pretty disappointed considering the distance i had came . offered him a price which he didnt accept so got a lift to train station cancelled insurance . 20 mins later accepted my offer by then i had more time to think and just left it . then the fun began , no flights to newcastle had to fly to glasgow then no trains or buses by the time me and my mate got there so ended up paying for taxi to get home expensive lesson learnt !
