Audi 80 quattro 4.2 V8 (340 bhp) saloon For Sale.

Audi 80 quattro saloon 4.2 V8 for sale. 1995 M reg, pearl white with dark blue jacquard silk cloth seats (black dash and plastics.) The car started life as a 2.6 quattro before the V8 conversion.
The engine is a 4.2 V8, 40v, 340 BHP, from a low mileage C5 Audi S6. The car start, runs well, drives but there is currently no MOT or Tax. The car has covered roughly 130,000 miles but the V8 has covered 50,000 miles roughly. The engine has had a new timing belt kit fitted and a new clutch kit. The engine install/conversion is quite neat and almost factory looking.
The engine has a 034 remote oil filter kit installed and the V8 is running on the standard Motronic engine management.
    Things that require finishing are:
water temp. gauge not working (poss. Temp sensor).
Oil temperature gauge not working due to sensor not yet fitted.
Will require tyres for the MOT.
My plans for the car were to fit 5 stud hubs an make it an S2/RS2 saloon but with a V8.
It could obviously be left as it is and be a real sleeper.
The 80 quattro is in very good condition for its age and is becoming increasingly more rare, especially in pearl white. For sale due to lack of time and too many cars.

    Looking for £2700 ovno.
For more info please PM me.

    Thanks, Dan.

No it is definitely a 5 speed.
It's Gazjen's old car and I gave him a hand with the conversion.

As Brian has said, the v8 is mated to the standard 5 speed quattro gearbox.

                    Ha! Maybe
But need to fix the heater fan first, I could defrost it quicker by breathing on it
