Irish 1991 S2 Coupe for Sale

1991 Red Audi S2 Coupe 3B, everything genuine, I bought it in 5 jan 2011, with the previous owner (in ireland) having it from 23 Feb 1999. 270k in kms, (abour 168k miles) on the clock. Cloth interior. Have replaced the below in my ownership, Timing belt, drop links, new radiator, new alternator, rear wiper motor, new spark plugs and lambada sensor in November and recently a MAF Sensor (used). Am looking for an A4 quattro avant (1990 - 1994), but must be 1.9 due to motor tax over here !!. The S2 is taxed in Ireland to the end of January, and NCT'd (irish mot) to May. Am located in Donegal, NW Ireland and car on Irish Plates, but can be switched back to UK plates for 50 pounds. Would like around 3000 pounds for it, but am open to fair offers. Bonnet resprayed in my time, as had stone chips, rear quarter has been resprayed by a previous owner, as laquer is peeling just below rear window. Someone must have sprayed the black sills and bumper before, as they should be black, if car not sold, that is the next thing I'll do, as have all the trims now for bottom of door (new) and rear quarter and front wing (used). The main problem is motor tax now in ireland, it's 994 euro for the year which is alot of money for a sunday car !! Hope to have photos of engine tomorrow, as was too dark when I got home.

Looks nice, unfortunately out of my reach at the moment or i'd be interested, plus i wouldnt really be able to afford to run her either (partly due to the aforementioned Irish road tax),its funny how its 50quid to put UK plates on her, but would be about 1500 to go the other way isnt it

New Pictures

First good day that came, I promised her a good clean and polish - came out well I think !! This year, hope to start on the exterior bodywork, as other than an engine steam clean, have all the bushes and engine sorted !!

Car sold today, thankfully to another Audi Enthusist in the Irish Midlands.

Did you sell the new rubbers for the bottoms of the doors too?

Chap who bought it, bought all the spares that i'd got, except for a dashboard and leather interior (seats only - no door cards) which I got as well - they going on the market soon, as he might come back for them yet, so he'll have first refusal. He does nto want the spare rim that I have or the winter tyres that I got. PM for price etc.

He got a good deal, but I wanted it to go to an enthusiast, rather than a boy racer - he also has a few other audi's as well !, but if he comes on the forum as a new owner, I'll let him tell ye all what all he has, he building a nice collection.
