Says on the ad it's been pulled to get an MOT then re-advertise. Smart move, IMO, if it doesn't turn out to need a lot of work it could double the value, and even then you can still go for one of the other options
I still fancy an S2 Avant, but just can't convince myself to live with the MPG.... I think I need to wait till I've sold some cars to make room for it

The car will have MOT re test this week. Im in no hurry to sell as i have now insured it and it will be handy in the snow.
The price with 1yrs MOT is £2700 no offers.
It now has a good full leather interior, all the carbon parts, S2 dials - a complete reliable tidy S2 avant in the best colour.
It still has a few little issues-
the exhaust needs repositioning as its fouling the floor, slight vibration through floor.
drivers seat belt does not retract (well, very slowly) which is far more annoying than it sounds,
n/s/r window doesn't work and the inner handle doesnt sometimes - all the parts to repair in the boot & about 1 hr.
Steering damper does a fart noise if you do hard left lock.
Brakes need a bleed but i expect this will be done before sale.
It has a period momo s/wheel fitted (works S1 quattro wheel) but has the wrong boss so no horn. I rigged a button for MOT.
no stereo.

Now with 1 yrs MOT.
The momo im replacing is the same wheel fitted to works S1s
Keen eyes will also spot the B5 S4 gearknob, the old one was hanging!
