1993 S2 Avant for sale

Panther Metallic Black, 6 speed, 12 months MOT, engine rebuild top bottom & turbo 18k miles ago by QTS in Haywards Heath, E/W, E/M, Alarm/Immob, FSH, VGC for age, non-smoker, no accidents, cloth seats, replaced AirCon, replaced PAS, ABS, Alpine CD/Radio, Nokia Hands Free, Bosal removeable tow hitch.
I bought my S2 from the 3rd owner in Oct 1999 - and have had her fully cared for by Kim Collins at QTS in Haywards Heath ever since - although never raced, rallied or track dayed - she has travelled fairly fast on some occasions - not upgraded just regularly looked after - still very stable and quick - a lovely drive with the original three spoke leather steering wheel unspoilt by air bags etc.
When she failed her MOT on emissions in August 2007 I decided I wanted to keep her for the long term and had the engine rebuilt which lead to the top, bottom, turbo, oil pump, oil cooler, alternator, power steering pump and air conditioning chiller all being done / replaced / reconditioned; also had all the illumination in the dashboard replaced and the tailgate electrics rewired.
A new exhaust was fitted about 5 years ago.
The bodywork is sound but with some minor cosmetic faults.
The original 5 spoke bright alloys are corroded, I had them refurbished once, but she really would like a new set of rims. The current tyres have little wear.
The original Jaccard cloth seats are in remarkably good condition.
She was stored in a garage for 30 months 2010 - 2013 so has only done 18k miles since her rebuild - probably not fully run in.
Now a change of house and no garage plus excessive work travelling abroad means I must very sadly sell her.
She is in Sussex near Haywards Heath and I hope to find her a good home where she will be appreciated and looked after. Given the rebuilding I have undertaken the new owner will have a car which Kim Collins says should be mechanically perfect. Not sure when an S2 qualifies as a classic but its not so far off now.

£4,300 or sensible near offer - happy to discuss - but I reckon the rebuild adds a little value above par?
