1997 Audi urs6 avant for sale

Have thought a lot about this over the last few weeks but finally decided today to sell my car. It was a car I had always fancied and only stumbled across it by chance a few months ago before making a fairly impulsive purchase! Don't regret it at all as I now realise I need a big estate in my life!

The reason for the sale is that the car needs time and money spending on it to bring it up to the level I would want and I just don't have the spare time (or the enthusiasm) to take on a car project any more.

The car drives fine but there are rust patches starting to show on several panels (boot, bonnet, drivers wing, drivers door, rear spoiler etc). I assume most could be repaired and painted but never got that far with my enquiries. Both bumpers also need paint due to scuffs. I have seen far worse cars advertised for far more money when I first looked so hopefully haven't painted too bad a picture of it.

Passenger side front suspension knocks which I believe is the mount so a new mount and bearing is being fitted this week.

Only other fault is the oil gauge doesn't work

The car is manual with the plus spec but couldn't find a sticker in the boot to see what options it had but don't think there are many.

Mileage is approx 175k and seems to be a comprehensive history. The book is stamped to approx 150k in 2008 and think there are records beyond that but would need to double check

Tyres are all good and only put on a year ago but they are winter tyres

    MOT'd till January 2014

Have only just put 12 months tax on it so looking for £1750 which is pretty much what it owes me.

I do have the option of breaking it but would rather not

Feel free to pm me or call 07903 122921

Not advertised anywhere else at the moment

Its not sold yet so still a chance of that.

Especially as i have just bought 2 front lower wishbones and on the look for 2 front top strut mounts (after audi sent me ones for a different model!)

Even made some enquiries about the paint!

Its a cool beast, like the leather interior. Wouldn't get one without leather.

Congrats on finding a quick buyer. Photos look good, I hadn't realised it was a late S6+ spec model.
