So after a visit to tesco today and nervously walking round after taking 10 mins to park the car in a "special" place I started thinking can i really deal with this

im not sure i can handle the stress of waiting for someone to ding it

Im only 50/50 on selling it and il probably change my mind in a week or even regret selling it after its gone (just like the last one) However I'm still going to put it up if it doesnt go it will remain in my secure lock up

Totally understand about finding a "special" space when I leave it somewhere. Truth be told, I am never forced to do it as it is not the daily but I do every so often find myself in exactly the same position and end up rushing about with the fear so I can get back to it asap. It is stupid to be that precious about a car, but that is why we are enthusiasts and go to the time and expense of keeping cars such as these.

You did not undertake this level of clean work to let someone else enjoy it. My advice is don't sell it (and deffo not for £6k) and continue to enjoy it without leaving it in places where people don't give a crap about their own property let alone yours.

I once came back to my car in Sainsburys to find some bint with her door open resting on my wing mirror. Amazingly, he response when questioned was "it's only a wing mirror" I have NEVER left it anywhere since. People are idiots, complete idiots and rarely do they prove my wrong. Don't prove me right by selling such a wonderful example. How many non pink avants in this condition have you seen apart from yours? None is probably the answer.

- New front lower arms

- New front de seized track rod ends/collars (full laser alignment carried out)

4x brand new tyres Kumho's (which i rate others may not)

I have a folder of receipts for some of the stuff i have purchased , some i have destroyed on purpose (wife) so there is some history knocking around however this is a well known forum car that has had a major refresh

Dude don't do it could you really part with a stunner like that,plus go late night shopping less muppets around happy days,and like every one says its worth a hell of a lot more then 6 grand mate.
