I think the problem is a few RS2 have gone for cheap moneys.

im happy for someone to pay me more :-) , i did try a late night marks and spencer visit the other day , 9pm shop only open till 10 parked at back away from shop went indide for 25-35 mins came out and a 306 had parked next to me .... THERE WAS A MILLION OTHER SPACES !!

So it's not just me then, this drives me absolutely nuts!!!

Personally, i would be more interested with the milltek and wheels fitted, partially as i like mods like that and would end up re-fitting, but mainly as the price difference isn't the sum of the parts (if that makes any sense).
But i can see your logic! Some people are put off by modifications, and it would be a VERY clean standard example. At the same time, the s2 is an enthusiasts car now, and i would say 80% of your market is enthusiasts.

I'd get the word about on forums such as Audisrs too. i think it would get interest there... good luck with the sale!
I have to say this is the only s2 avant that has slightly tempted me over to the "slipper" side. Sooo damn clean, but i think i would worry about it too much like you do...

its extremely difficult , now I have put some other wheels on it my mates at work are like WTF ! , its difficult I want a car I can just get in and drive in the morning and not really care wether a transit or an old lady is going to park next to me

if I had an empty garage at home I would continue with it have it as a weekend car and just attend all the shows

but I have no garage and while I have it I just keep thinking or looking at things to buy for it

Its definitely better with the exhaust and wheels on and in my eyes definitely worth the money I asked for it and maybe if I had the patients to wait it would sell but once I have an idea in my head.............
