Mine is a similar spec, wheels, black edged grille, and no chrome rim around the dash clocks, black 'chrome' door pulls used when open the doors from inside - like an RS2, black headlining and ceiling 'furniture', so a desirable car, as well as being very practicable with it's four big doors, big boot and nice front seats. Black leather interior and carbon trim, manual, one touch up and down windows, central locking butoon on the inside of the drivers doors, central locking button in the key, much better design and more durable top mounts than any B4, urS6 brakes front and back are better than the standard S2 front and rear brakes, rides the speed ramps and potholes better than an S2, front inlet manifold, no need for a Wagner front inlet manifold, can take an US made 3" downpipe without any issues, other 034 and EFI parts made for US C4 cars bolt straight on unlike some of their bits made for B4s, much easier to work on the I5 engine as the engine bay is less cramped than an S2, cruise control was more normally specified by the original purchaser than in S2s, RHD cars have digital air con as standard, a more solid, luxurious and 'grown up' feeling car than an S2, e.g. you notice it say when you shut the door getting to an urS6, red rear panel between the back lights is standard, 8 x 17 rims rather than 7.5 x 16, adjustable steering column for rake and height, passenger airbag, oem tailgate spoiler on Avants, built in boost reading in the centre of the dash, better Delta radio than the Sony's in S2s, better front speaker set up, possibility of fitting a front central arm rest even to RHD car, better wheel arch plastic liner protection, better rubber sealing around the rear passenger doors, beter front door pockets, bigger glovebox, more elbow and leg room for the three adults or baby seats in the back, some Avants came with seven seats, three rear headrests in the Avants, all of urS4boy's replies links are of even more and direct relevance - great resource, Quattroworld .com becomes even more relevant what's not to like ?

IMHO urS6 are very underrated and incorrectly overshadowed by S2s, in most people's minds.

That's why I now have a urS6 saloon and also more recently bought a urS6 Avant, even though I already had two S2 Avants. Anyone want to buy an S2 ?

A true S6 Plus has a V8, I know as I have one.

Although some later cars with the 5 pot turbo had all but the V8, I also know as I have 3 of these too.
