Selling because I have a company vehicle for the last while and the Audi just doesn't get used much anymore.
1993 2.0 16v Avant. tax - end of November, MOT - June 14.
4xelectric windows, electric tilt/slide metal sunroof
203,000 odd miles but.....
HUGE HISTORY FILE from new. I'm only the 4th owner and each person has cared for the car lovingly. There is basically a full service history on the car.
(The car was a uk car until expected to Ireland in 2003. It had 1 owner there until I bought it in 2011. I moved back to the uk in May this year and re-imported it. The v5 shows 6 owners but it counts me twice in each country, plus the garage I imported it through so really it only has 4 owners...sorry for the long story)
This year the car has had a timing belt, 4 new tyres, a new battery and a set of HT leads along with regular maintenance.
The car is mechanically standard but has several.....
UPGRADES:
Exterior......
Coupe Bumper +front lights
Coupe Alloys,
Coupe painted mirrors,
Tow bar ( never used by me or previous owner)
Rear tints
Rain sensor wipers (Bosch I think, work really well)
Interior...
Half leather buckets from coupe,
Secondary clocks (never got around to connecting them)
Parrot Bluetooth
Coupe leather steering wheel.
In General...
Pros...
Car is ready to go with as good a history as you'll find. All major work already done.
Looks good, drives great.
Never crashed, never laid up.
No rust...they don't grit roads in Ireland (except one spot on the wheel arch as shown in pic)
Cons...
Interior is a little grubby but it's only because it's cream coloured. A shampoo would sort this. No pets, no children etc.
The headlining is sagging in the rear. It doesn't obscure your rear vision and it hasn't got any worse for a few months.
