Evrything is stock on the car,not chiped

Faults on car:need new spark plugs,rubber valve need to change,hand brake on 1 wheel is not holding,clutch cylinder i think need to be replaced,paint of the roof is faded

The car have standard s4 equitment with diff lock,electric mirors,electric sunroof etc etc
Oil in car has been changed 200km ago
Turbo works good with perfect boost (2.1-2.2 on bord comp)

Price of car is 1800e and is located in Montenegro(podgorica)

P.s. It might go in parts only if the engine go 1st
p.s2. I am willing to change it for rs2 set up for my other urs4
