Well the market is already full of that business, no way getting a profit there.
I will invest in tourism man. I bought a house in a town called SIBIU, it was the European Capital of Culture in 2007 and the tourism is great there.
I will rent the rooms of the house at hotel rates
The house is located in the old center of the town, exactly what the tourists are visiting

i have in my village a spanish guy who is married with a romanian girl and he knew her doing business there in your country. ( not sex rent )

i should invest there too... instead if buying more wheel loaders or expanding my farm

If you make money from you farm you shouldn't change your business
Heck, my parents are farmers as well, but not for profit, but to live a healthy green life...
Yes you can make money from properties in Romania but in these times , dusty times as we like to say it in Romania, the government will rob you for everything you earn just like in France So you kind of must lie the government that you make less money otherwise...
