rs2 for sale in holland,low mileage

before i bought my rs2,i made a bid on a rs2 on the internet...the guy called me today if i was still was interested,he is fed up with the audi,to be honest....it was build up after damage and was completly resprayed....has 62.000 km (40k miles),if thats true...no history known and no manual or maintenance records...there are a few parts missing like a sunvisor and a doorstrip. To make a long story short....he want to sell it quick. Asking price is 17.000 euro,,but now dropping to 12,500 euro.

advertizing is realy poor...it got full black leather,but standard steering wheel....that explains the damage...

No info or guarantee about the mileage makes it a lot less attractive.
Any idea how bad the damage was?

Weird if the history is not there, maybe it got stolen, crashed and the service history got lost?

Anyway the mileage on an original Dutch car can easily be checked with the NAP.

precisely.....i called the guy 2.5 months ago and made him an offer,but he declined it....he told me he was called a numorous of times for the car,but he still has it....think everybody was dissaponting in the fact that there is no maintence record....i saw the leather interior on a pic and looked a little more used than 62.000 km....but lets be honest,if the car is ok en when you can knock off another grand or 2....you still have a cheap car....

Hmm, i think i "know" this guy, has a superb silver RS2 on new plates so import, only to see it parked on his driveway.
Perhaps he used this one for parts to bring the other in better shape.
