C5 RS6 for sale, 5.5k but needs work

In case anyone here is interested - I am selling my C5 RS6 after 2 years of enjoyment and occasional pain...

    It's 2003, 116k miles, ebony black with MTM 508 TCU/ECU Remap
Black Optics + anthracite 'plus' spec stock alloys, few minor marks
    H&R coilovers (replacing troublesome DRC)
    Miltek cat-back exhaust
'Plus' drilled brakes with Phaeton cooling upgrade (about 2/3rd worn)
    'Natural' leather interior (black)
    2008 RNSE satnav retrofitted
Tax & MOT till October, used as my daily currently - drives fine despite issues below
    V80MTM private reg

I need to shift the car as I already have a replacement lined up. It has issues that need attention:

Gearbox - the TC is not locking, causing slip, it's just had a service but the issue came back quickly

Top end noise - not sure what this is, sounds like a 'ticking' which I thought was tappet but seems to be the back of the head - I suspect it's something blowing on the EM/turbo side but not certain. It disappears once she's hot or on overrun.

Cambelt - due a change (has been 5yrs)

    Tyres - need replacing

The car would be ideal for someone who is prepared to take the car on as a bit of a project. It's recently had turbos, intercoolers, Oil cooler hoses, alternator, radiator replaced so with these issues resolved it would have nothing wanting.

I'm looking for £5,500 to take the car. It's estimated at £4.5k to solve all the above at a reputed specialist with warranty and another £600 to put a set of goodyears on.

Pic attached is when I bought it, need to give it a good clean to get recent pics with the stock alloys on. The BBS's and spacers can be bought for an additional £500 too.

Cheers, updated the ad - yes the plate comes with the car.

Really gutted to be selling it, running costs are heavy on these but it always feels a bit of an occasion to drive with all that power from low revs and V8 howl... we're replacing it with a 335d touring which is the most compromise I could make for the 'school run' hack & weekend family car.

The positive from this is that the RS2 becomes my focus again - I've put a lot of time/energy/$$$ into the RS6 and enjoyed it, but it was always a fling that had to end some time.

A couple of rubbish phone pics after a quick clean tonight... I'll update these but just wanted a more current pic with stock alloys.

In good condition & gearbox warranty they're about 10-11k. It needs 5k spending on it to compete with that so 5k is a reasonable deal about right, and someone who can do the work cheaper themselves gets a steal... so yes I let it go too cheap but a quick sale benefits me now and it saves me breaking it.

Totally, utterly gutted though. Haven't felt this rubbish about losing a car since I smashed up my S2 coupe all those years ago.

Still - gives me the cash I need to finish house jobs - which in turn will get me garage space, time and a few £££ left over to sort out the RS2. KW's and poly bushes all round
