The time has come to sell our trusty old Audi.Bought a couple of years ago as a back up/second vehicle as we had moved well into 'the sticks' 
Has been a really good and useful car for us in that time.
The Good
Has 11 months MOT on her,new discs/pads all round and a couple of other bits and pieces to get through.
Full leather interior in excellent condition.
Fully working,cold, climate control.
Bose sounds.
Have all keys,manuals,some history etc..
Drives really well,smooth,comfortable and a useful bit of go should you wish/require, very sure footed being Quattro of course
The Not So Good
Mileage is 217k,but still runs well.
Bodywork..as per pics really,from a few paces she still looks very smart (especially if given her 6 monthly wash !!
) Up close ? front wings and rear door starting to go ,usual scratches here and there.
Wheels are all tatty,and just 'acquired' a slow puncture on front (air every few days.)
Passenger elec window plays up, temp quage temperamental, fuel guage over reads by about 60 miles...(previous owner told me this so has not been a problem to us..)
Small oil leak from somewhere,but hardly have to top up..
Sounds bad ! BUT, to me she would still give somebody good service for a while yet and if you are handy around a spanner then she could go on for years yet.
Summary
For me, too good to break (but should you wish ...?? )
We have bought a 'new' second car so she has to go, tax just expired.
Only looking to get back what we paid for the MOT work really (until then we were going to keep for another year...) so £400 buys the old girl another chance
I have been quite upfront and honest here so please don't expect a pampered garage queen (I have my RS4 for that
)...
