Evening all, I am selling my recent purchase already along with my other car a R32 as I have decided that I want to get an RS4 B5 and only cherish one car as I dont have to commute more than 4 miles so it seems a waste.
Anyway it came from a member on here to Monkeymagic a few months ago and it was rescued and I bought it from him. It has extensive history in the form of a large file to read. About a year and a half ago it had service and cambelt changed, 996 callipers and A8 discs fitted, KW V1 coilovers and a Miltek cat back exhaust. The turbo then failed and it sat garaged until Steve got it. I loved the look of it so after the turbo was changed, cats put back on and a new battery I bought it from him. Since then I have changed the mfts for genuine as it failed, an intercooler of this forum as that leaked, I then dyed the tired grey leather black, added the leather to the door cards and also changed the wood to carbon inlay with the original blue fleck. The fuel basket also failed and this was changed and then the thermostat and coolant for good measure. It now runs sweet and pulls like a train putting a great big smile on my face, no rattles, knocks or bangs when driven. 140k.
Its taxed till the end of the year and mot till June 2015, new tyres all round. I will let the pictures speak for the car. I have only advertised it on here as I would like it to go to a forum member. £5600, any questions please call Jim 07841 207 297 or feel free to PM me or post on here.
