This has been advertised before for £11k I'm sure. If the brakes need proper attention then that will be pricey and given how long its been stood for you would be mad not to change cambelt etc to be comfortable. £3k work required IMO to get it where it needs to be...nice though, always liked them in polar silver!

Yep probably needs 3k work doing but these are mega rare classics so with that mileage when it's sorted has to be worth 15k??? Investment opportunity if buying price is right surely? Fav colour but if I went for it then it's divorce before marriage for me lol

As it been stood a long time I would imagine it require's all new handbrake componants as well as a pair of pads and discs front and rear, then there's bushes, shocks, hoses etc etc etc.

I reckon you could soon spend £5K sorting that properly if paying a garage or mechanic to do the work, could be done for less than than half that though if you don't mind getting your hands dirty.

Wish I had the cash spare ATM as it's the sort of car I'd consider, thinking of flogging my G60's (Golf and Corrado) next year and picking one up before they get out of reach.

A good mate of mine is after one, he's not a fool but I don't think he'd be able to do the work himself and I don't have time to fettle such a car for someone else, flat out with building work.
