Guys the time has come I'm afraid. I need to accept that with two kids and work etc I do not have the time to enjoy the car and she just sits in the garage.
Everything and I mean everything has been sorted on this car she is near on perfect in every way. I will let my build thread do the talking. I will not be breaking it so don't ask.
I know the price is high for a 3b but the quality of this car it is worth every penny.

Bolero's were snapped up pretty promptly, from Memory Spink had them. Im still on the fence with the sale. I feel there will always be a need for a second car but finding the time is difficult.

Good luck Steven. My 3b had to go recently as well. Gutted to see it go but sometimes needs must. I know your price is realistic as I got close to that for mine and I know both were very good examples of the original S2.

I've had a very long think and decided I cannot bring myself to sell the car. I will always want a 2nd car and I'll end up buying something else!!

Rikki, I laid my hands on a pair of Electric Recaros and had them re-trimmed in fine grade leather.

Fuzzy the thing is what do you replace it with that has the same smiles per mile factor. It was actually the wife that told me not to sell. She felt I would regret it.

Well done mate after reading your thread you would have totally regretted selling her! The cost a lot of money. But like you say getting a second car what could you buy with the £6k you raise and would give you as much enjoyment??

The build thread is probably only 1/3 of the work I've done. It's not about the money but the lack of time I get to myself.
One things for certain I would regret it.
