    1996 Ragusa Green S6

    96 Ragusa green S6 manual.

192k Miles and FSH, 11months MOT.

Had this for a couple years. First thing I did was a cambelt , tensioner and sprocket, fluids, filters, spark plugs. That was about 8k ago. Did a round of boost leak chasing and sorted various leaks, replaced all the vacuum hoses with silicone, another small leak has popped up, haven’t looked into it.

It’s got a remapped ECU, boosts to 2.4bar. Stainless exhaust with 4 silencers, not too loud, this has developed a small blow. Otherwise the car is stock.

Bodywork is poor, needs front wings, and various bits of rust on the panels.

Interior was grey leather, I have changed the seats and doorcards to the black leather recaro type seats. Front carpets and dash need changing to finish.

Bit of play in the front top mounts, clutch release bearing whines and the clutch is high but does not slip. Slight noise from PS pump.

Recent front pads, discs, calipers. PO stated he did rears, front arms and new front struts before I got it.

I need the AMG wheels back from it, can do a deal if you bring some wheels or I will sort some in the next week or 2.

£2250 Car is located in Surrey at the moment, may be in Cornwall soon.

I emigrate and suddenly every car I've been after for years comes up in the space of a week at the right price, dammit!

Looks great anyway, glws, I would literally have snatched your hand off 6 months ago

Cheers Jolfa. Been driving this on and off, still haven't sorted out wheels. The handbrake has gone a bit stiff and the exhaust blow has got worse.

Will listen to offers as I've seen something I quite fancy.

Phil, you may think it has a few cosmetic issues, and it may do, but I see the potential.

A nice coloured manual urS6 with black leather, and already chipped.

With some UrS6+ rims it would be even better.

It would make a great bed fellow for my similarly coloured saloon.

If only my numbers would come up.

Can only finish with - GLWTS.

            btw - NCTS.

Looks great! I can't remember the last time I saw a S4/S6 without a tow bar.

Cheers macspring. Its been a good car. Just got a few others in the way now. Had a set of those wheels and considering the current situation of needing a set of wheels I shouldn't have got rid.

                  Still here anyway.
