FOR SALE:
1993 URS4 Avant, in excellent condition with one previous owner.
Titan Grey with 6 speed manual gearbox, unmodified engine, carbon trim, black leather, air-con (cold!), electric front seats, DAB radio, later style HP2 front brakes and rust free.
Full service history from new, mostly main dealer and German car specialists.
During my ownership I have rebuilt the suspension and replaced the self levelling system (too wallowy) with Eibach pro springs and Bilstein B8 shocks - now it corners like it should do!
At the same time the turbo was overhauled. (20000 miles ago)
The ignition coils were replaced at 80000 miles, timing belt and water pump replaced at 112000 miles.
The tyres, brake discs and pads have been replaced recently, along with three of the calipers. The 16" alloys are unmarked. Exhaust is still the original and in good condition.
The body is essentially rust free as the car has spent most of it's life on the south coast, and up here I've tried to keep it away from salt.
The interior is in good condition, floor carpets and mats fitted front and back, no peeling on the white gauges, no faults displayed on the LED screen, turbo boost pressure still goes to the factory spec of around 2 bar.
Fuel consumption of 32 mpg is possible, normally 20-25 mpg. I've always used premium fuel.
There is a small oil leak from the rear right hand side of the cylinder head (camshaft cover gasket I think, never got round to fixing it, leak not big enough to drip on to the ground) and there is a small dent on the near side rear corner. There are also various small scratches around the car if you look hard enough.
The clutch pedal is heavy but no slippage, though it's always been like that since I've owned it and is a common feature of RHD URS4's.
Just been MOT'd - one advisory, small area of damage less than 10mm circle in area 'A'.
