You can buy the correct alcantara from Audi Tradition, shouldn't be an issue for a decent trimmer. All of the detail is in the seat back, which doesn't wear.

The lower centre comes out really easily no big issue for a trimmer. I keep looking at this but I've put too much into my coupe

@macspring I love my urs6 and the s6+ but I still feel %100 RS2>urs6 even the plus models.
urs6+ is great and the rs2 for me is legendary. I guess even a little more so for me since they
were never offered in the states along with many other audi exclusive models.

          You guys have c5 rs6 avants and 6 speed, c6 rs6 v10TT, 3 door audi s3 1.8t, RS3, S2 3 variants,
          RSQ5, c7 rs6, v12TDI Q7, RS2, s6 plus, b5 rs4, b7 rs4 avants, b8 s4 and rs4 avants, so many
great cars to say the least.

            Have I overpriced this car?

I have had quiet a lot of people interested, but no takers as yet.

I am not desperate for the money but I am not giving it away either, I have had a couple of people offer me £10000.00 surely that's not right?

I think they were just cheeky offers.

I could do selling the car as I am 1. running out of space & 2. have another project on the go now.

            What are your thoughts.

You just need to have patience and hold your nerve. Someone will come across it and pay you the money.

But if you are stuck then flexibility on the price will get it sold, but may leave a sour taste in the mouth.

tbh, I'd keep it over the Nogaro blue one, but I know you don't agree, no problem.

I'd buy it in a heart beat if I had the money and the space.

              GLWTS.

                Thanks for your honest reply.

I hear what you are saying regarding colour, but I've just always wanted the blue one

But I won't be driving the blue one for a good while yet as it is pieces all over the garage.

Yes, it my honest reply, hopefully it turns out to be accurate.

When your new one is done, make sure to chip it, as you will be pleased.

It is not overpriced in my opinion relative to what some recent cars have sold for. That said, it is worth what someone is prepared to pay for it.

If someone comes along who wants a silver RS2 and has the money, I would think they would happily pay asking price. Trouble is, how many people want RS2's who have the money. Such a small audience but if you want shot of it quick, take the £10k. If you can hang on to it a little longer then that is what I would do. Easy for me to say though as it is not taking up space in my yard.

ps - Noggy blue is much better. I am with you on that one.

Interested in BMW 118D in px at all? Or a red S2 coupe?

Was this the one that was for sale near Warwick for a while?

In my opinion your RS2 is not over priced and looks in very good condition. I also like your blue one and after just seeing a volcano black in the flesh this is my fav colour but having said that I have also seen a polar silver in flesh a while ago and it was stunning so GLWS if you could wait a year I would take this

I think you need to hold on to it a bit longer... multiple offers at £10k tells you it is too cheap. With a rare item / low demand it's only worth a bottom-dollar distressed seller price at any one time, but if you can hold out for an enthusiastic buyer you'll get closer to your asking.

I actually think it's pretty cheap - I'd take £10k out of savings and buy it tomorrow if I thought you would let it go for that - if I had £10k of savings...

Having recently sold my S2 for £6k I would say your valuation is spot on!

You need to keep them both!

Sell them when they're up in the £40k region a piece when they are 25 years old and eligible for US export, American's are dying to get hold of these.
