Selling the S2, Ive not had it to long but Im not really taking to it as I thought I would and Ive decided to try and get a car Ive always lusted after.
The car is a 94 L reg coupe in Volcano black. I have service history book up to around 2008, the car then sat in a barn for a few years and was bought a couple of years ago by the guy I bought it from.
He was is a sprayer so redone it in volcano black. Some small imperfections but very nice overall.
Mileage of the car is around 130k, when I bought it the car has different clocks due to face peel but the odometer wasn't working. I have since changed these to perfect working clocks that show 126k miles so very near to proper mileage.
The car is clean inside with carbon trim and black leather interior. New head unit as the old one was goosed, I also put some new front discs on it.
Wheels are 8x18in BBS Avantguardes which require no spacers to fit.
Rear Milltek box.
Homefry chip.
Later Cabrio steering wheel.
Other than that its standard. Ive done around 1500-2000miles in the car and it run perfectly well. Oil temp and pressure is as expected. Timing belt was apparently done and there is receipts for the kit. Oil cooler was also replaced jut before I got it. Radiators looks relatively new as well. I believe door trim and seals were also replaced.
Only slight niggles are indicators don't self cancel, there is a very small paint bubbling on tailgate roof section and a bit in the door shut. Small bleed on MFA but I have a spare set that could maybe swap out. Seems to be leak free as well so a nice solid example.
There is some spares with the car including two windows + regulator frame.
I have someone who is coming to see the car and has first refusal on it. If he doesn't want it then its open for sale.
Im looking for £6250 or will take a p/x for another car like a Mk5 Golf/Audi A4 upto about £4500 in value + cash my way. You can believe me there is no profiteering going on here.
Based in Kintore, 15 miles outside Aberdeen but only 10min from the airport or nearest train station.
