Looks like a pile of sh#t some people have a sick sense of taste. Mechanically it might be sound but it looks ofal. He's spent 30k on it and is asking 8k he's taking some hit
I think I remember this car from the forum quite a long time ago...
Honda CBR 1100XX Blackbird Turbo....undergoing major changes.....
S2 Coupe... bit easier off the line...
'03 ZX12-R daily hack.... lots of nice bolt ons...
Hi lads,
I bought this car on Sunday night, so happy with it, although I'm changing back to original rear bumper, and may put the Audi badge back on the front grill.
It came with a folder of receipts and is in near mint condition inside and out, there's slight bubbling of paint over windscreen but not major.
I haven't taken it through all gears yet as I'm not insured in it, but it's feisty to say the least 😀
Hopefully the forum will be a home from home while I figure this car out.

Congratulations, it would be good to see what turbo etc it is running when you get the chance. It won't take much to get it looking a bit more oem, with the rear bumper swapped you'll be half way there.
Really wanted this car myself as a new project but no cash at the minute, the engine power was the main reason, been into the renault 5 gordini turbo scene for a few years, s2 is the next project
Jeff if you decide to sell in the future let me no
I can't get insurance on this car, been refused completely as soon as I say what car it is.
It's sitting outside my workplace since I got it.
Going mad here
Hi Darren. Unfortunately for yourself I don't think I could sell it, even if I can't get insurance right now I'll store it till I can insure it. At worst there are open days in mondello I could take it to.
Does anyone know if it helps being in an owners club when seeking insurance? A few brokers asked me if I was a member anywhere.
Hi buddy, I tried all the classic insurers first, carol Nash said they don't cover Audi's, Axa said my daily driver had to be private, my policy is commercial for seven years. Other places said the car wasn't old enough, or I wasn't old enough.
I rang three brokers who searched all day yesterday and couldn't even get a quote for it.
My last option I think is to get somebody close to me to insure it and go as a named driver on it.
I can't wait to drive it, what do you have yourself?
