I wish I bought this when it was on the market for 12k a while ago.
I wish I hadn't sold my 993 a while ago it's now doubled in value from £20,000 to £40,000
But that's what happens with cars like these 4 years time the rs2 will be worth £40,000
It's just means the earlier you catch the boat the better
This is just to let genuine people that are interested in my car I will be reducing the asking price on eBay in a couple of days.
This is due to the fact I have sold my others cars that I needed to sell to pay for the Porsche and I don't need the full £25,000 so I will be reducing the car to £23,000 to try get a genuine buyer
Don't really see much problem here. The car was for sale on the open market and unlike many others who had the chance the buyer put his money where his mouth is. It's gone up in value but so have most other classic/desirable cars.
Unfortunately its very much like the housing market, just as the flat you're selling has gone up by £30,000 the semi detached you want to buy has gone up by £40,000. In other words, the rise of the RS2 might not even cover the rise in the 911 turbo. In the same time S2's have been dragged upwards on the value ladder.
In real terms despite showing a "paper profit" he might've been better off financially buying the 911 turbo in the first place.
Not sure what 911 model it is. Ive got 930 turbos and that's generally what they get called so i suspect this might be a 996 or 997.
This is the reason I'm putting all my money into the 997Turbo
I believe they have bottomed out I may be wrong but it's the only way I am going to be able to afford one
Just hope I'm right
