How was the B5 whilst you had it?

It's was nice, very clean noggy blue avant with all blue inserts and seats, steering felt precise. Just smooth power deliver from the s2 if you enjoy the overboost or turbo lag you will be disappointed. It was bone stock so can't say what a chipped on is like or ko4. But still felt you turn more heads and get spoken to more with the older audis. Also very quiet with standard exhaust. The thought of engine out for a lot of jobs is always at the back of your mind.

Had an idea of where this car would be from the street pics... So went and had a quick nosey at it from the outside...
Has had poor paint on drivers front door under moulding
Rear tailgate poor repair and paintwork
O/s/r art has had paintwork and is peeling by glass
Both wings slight rust in wheel arch area which at this age is pretty common
Rear wheel arches slight bit of rust on edges
Shopping dents down both sides which could dentmaster

Panel gaps all allighn up well apart from petrol flap

Grill has been changed and windows tinted from the looks of it from the original eBay ad

As an aside, seller clearly a chancer with no knowledge of the car and just chasing numbers

Given the alleged condition as alluded to above, can't be worth the suggested stg£7.5k ???

Just my own humble opinion, not wanting to rain on anyone's parade but don't want to see a new owner overpay, as they'll need money to tend to the stated issues not to mention all of the other 'normal' ones that S cars of this age have, before someone gets it and decides to lavish proper love and attention on it not to mention money to bring it back from the 'brink', as evidenced by all of the intense in terms of effort and money projects on here.
