For sale is my purple Audi a4 quattro 1.9 turbo diesel avant. MOT until August 2017. Full leather interior, air conditioning and comes with spare set of alloys with 2 good tyres.
Car has had a lot of work carried out at local garage for recent MOTs. It's had £1400 in genuine Audi parts over the past 2 years : subframe, rear suspension arms, front suspension arm, wheel bearing, brake pads and disks.
The car has a few advisories on last MOT and a few issues not unexpected for a 20 year old car. It's been a good car for the past 2 years and could be again with a little time and effort.
There is a small dent in rear bumper, scratches just a bit of wear and tear and rust on the wings. The engine goes in to limp mode under acceleration sometimes. I had the turbo cleaned when I bought the car 2 years ago and it's lasted until now. Cleaning would be required again. Although it has had a new wheel bearing fitted a few months ago for MOT I can hear a suspicious droning again. The car could also do with getting it's tracking done. Since it got it's new subframe the tracking has been causing the front tyres to wear.
After spending so much on the car I am reluctantly selling it as its issues aren't difficult to sort but a change in circumstances mean it's no longer required.
Sensible offers will be considered.
