For sale my unusual 1984 silver urq. Unfinished 2.6 20v turbo short block 3B project. Currently running in na 7a form. 
Sorry I know this sounds confusing but it runs really well and sounds fantastic. Have gone this route due to time constraints as we have relocated to Spain. The plan was driving the quattro down like this and then completing the project at a later stage.
Have owned for 5 years. No prior history.
Mileage:132000
Mot expires 24/06/17 no advisories.
New waterpump.
New Cambelt kit.
New inlet valves.
New valve guides, seats cut and head skimmed.
New std rings.
New seals and gaskets.
New correct tyres different makes though.
New engine underside covers.
New scuttle cover.
Digital dash works.
Voice works.
Brakes all good.
Changed to vacuum assist much better.
Factory detachable tow hitch.
Bodywork very good with only a few small rust spots.
Need to do:
Fitting of 3b loom and ecu.
Fitting of 3b manifolds and turbo etc.
Fitting of oil cooler.
Fitting of intercooler.
Diff lock lights etc.
Roof needs painting.
I have most of the 3b bits needed to finish off.
I will list these later.
Power steering pump is being sorted.
Here's a ur to do what you like with, put it back to standard or go mad with a 20v beast. Its up to you?
