Ok,this is back up for sale, since the last time its had:
New emerald k6 ecu, loom and relay bundle
Tacho connected
Door cards retrimmed
Fire extinguisher in the boot
Genuine sport spoiler
Brand new jetex b5 stainless exhaust
Wheels have had a lick of gunmetal grey paint
Spoiler and roof painted black
Pair of brand new front wings
A blow over in porsche guards red (was going to tide my by until i had the money for a pro respray)
She now starts first time...every time,i also took her out for a spin the other day for the first time,it will seriously hall **** when shes had a proper map.
What needs doing still:
speedo to sort
diff lock button if you want the diff lock
I'll admit the paint isn't the greatest but perfectly serviceable (afterall this isnt a 20 grand show car)
it gets hot pretty quick so the fans are on quite a lot, however it doesnt over heat,i'll include a new behr a8 rad to replace the tdi one
oil pressure gauge has stopped working (i must have disturbed the wiring when doing the loom)
bonnet needs adjusting
slight coolant leak
brakes need another bleed
alignment needs doing
A proper map would be strongly reccomended
I've tried to be as honest as possible,if i get time i'll sort out some of the smaller issues,in short shes a decent car with all the right bits,it really wont take too much to finish off,in all honesty i've lost interest,i need a brake from cars as they're consuming my life
Taking into account whats been spent in parts i'd say £4k ovno is a reasonable figure (the ecu and wiring was over £800 alone)

A little update:
I'll be fitting a new alli radiator this weekend and re jigging the coolant hoses (so no more leak) as well as a new stack oil pressure gauge.
Brakes have been stripped, cleaned and re-bled,will test over the weekend but feel much better already.
Also the alignment will be getting sorted as far as toe in/out goes.
I welded the v bands on the manifolds last week so no more leaky exhaust.
Swapped back to the 3 spoke wheel (subsequently the horn now works again)It's a love/hate relationship with the S2,i love it,it hates me

This one,had to cut the cross member and slam panel to get it to fit but wanted as big as possible, ideally could do with being a tad wider but it seems to workIt's a love/hate relationship with the S2,i love it,it hates me
