  • 1Z Injection Pump Replacement

    Hello.
My pump broke down for good i think a few days ago and i'm looking to replace it. The car is a '93 audi 80 1Z Engine and the pump code is 028 130 109 J. What other pumps can i use plug&play? And if they are not plug&play, what other modifications do I have to make ? Swapping the electrical bits from my pump to the old one? For example, would a 028 130 109 L or 028 130 108 M work? I'm grateful for every piece of information ^^. I am kind of desperate with this since it is the only weak link in the car. Thanks !

maybe you can also use a pump from a golf mk3 tdi 90hp
    audi coupe quattro b2 2.2 20vt project (573hp-626nm)
    TWINCHARGED power,zero lag
    AEM W/M injection

) i know that theoretically that is possible. All pumps with the bosch code 404 have a 10mm head and should fit but i heard something about ECU problems, injection maps etc and i can only get the pump from a different car so it must work plug&play.

Well, I found an identical pump 100%. I hope it will fit on my ECU without any problems
