Just when I thought I'd been defeated, I received a reply from Michael today!
Says his mailbox got stuffed up and he's opened a new email account now.

I know Clive hasn't even ordered them yet, but can someone recommend a boost gauge for this mount?

Rich - they take a standard 52mm gauge.

There was a Group Purchase running recently based on a fancy version of the VDO gauge (in RS2 white or S2 off-grey), but they weren't cheap.

I went for a standard VDO boost gauge - you can get them in psi or bar, depending on which way you swing...
