I'll *try* to get to work on that fault code search on my site for a mobile friendly application - its gonna need something like Javascript though which wont suit some folk. I might need help from Sonic the webwarrior if I can get it - not sure in amongst tonights weirdness.

Yes the page will work on mobiles.

The page can be hosted on the s2forum site if one of the admin's is happy to allow this, although i imagine it will be hosted on s2central.net

As an update, I got a reply from one company who makes the VAG 3x2 connectors.

They can supply them, but only in huge quantities. They have quoted £3 each, so that £9 per unit

that's a bit steep mate. i'm happy enough as is unless I find an old cable and hack the connectors off.

I suspect most of us will settle for stuffing the spade into the socket. I have not tried mine yet, but I suspect they are pretty good fit anyway...

If you can give me the part number and manufacturer I may be able to get some through work, our factory does a fair amount of stuff for VW so we may have them or be able to get some as "samples"
