All you check for is leakage,security and damage- the lines could me made of windscreen washer hose and as long as they fitted the above criteria it would only warrant an advisory!!!

I'm very interested in a kit as my fuel lines are manky at best and need replacing anyway, but I am a bit skint at the moment. Will the kit's still be available in a month as I will have been paid by then and will take a set for certain.
