Just another thought too. To reduce noise would a 2mm thick rubber washer the size of the bush reduce the harshness any??

2mm rubber washer won't last very long .aren't the subframe bushes available in urethane ?

edit: i see that the holes not are a circle, i remember it was like this on original also, but why?

edit2: they are also working on alubushings atm, finished in a month or so.
