Who has a peeling speedo face?

Should fit the same, redline will differ depending on the car, 16v and 10v are about 6200 compared to the s2/20vs 7000, sholdnt be much of an issue, other thing would be temperature graduations,

Iv gotgot 10v, 16v and s2 sets in the garage so will have a look.

Have a good look andy, i just had a look at a pic of my speedo and it seems they do go to 160 but the ones in the pics on page 2 look like the speedo goes to 160 and a little further.

By the way with the plasma ones in the aux guages how do you fit them, arnt they sealed units? or am i going

Ok, cheers guys No auxiliary gauges in this batch but can get them sorted if there is a firm order and someone provides a sample, black or white. Might get my VDO boost gauge sorted then too. No idea on plasma fitting, search for Bo's fitting threads.

Forgot about that, some of the clocks are 140, some are 160, will try and get a pick of all three tomorrow.

The engine codes ABT and ABK had speedo's up to 120mph

The engine codes ACE, NG, NM, ABC, AAH, 7A got speedo's up to 160mph

The engine codes ABY, 3B got speedo's up to 180mph (280kph) & 200mph (320kph- the rs2)

This all I noticed in B4 models

The UK S2s only got 160mph speedo displays.

Thanks for that. Only the speedos look a little different for all 3 although the 160 and 160+ are very close. I can get a quote for small batches if there's a market, will need the speedometer faces to compare.

If I can get tacho and speedo dials from the 120+ and the 160 speedos then I can get them looked at.

I am also going to ask about turbo gauge faces in the correct illumination and font.

I've got a black 160mph speedo and 7k tacho you can have mate, but they have been cut in half. any use?
