Turbo inlet is not altered for S2 or RS2 application.
If you are keeping 3B airbox, intercooler and pressure pipe then stick with 3B hoses.
However, for RS2 operation it is wise to go for RS2 or Carsten intercooler and the RS2 airbox is a good improvement to. All you would then need is an ABY/ADU pressure pipe for the throttle body and you could go with ABY boost kit.
PS - I will have a nice chipset for you soon if interested ;-)
ABY/ADU for me in blue paul
and i'll be interested in RS2 CHIPSET
i might have both ADU and 3B CHIPSET,hope you'll do me a good deal when i buy both.
i have 42 lbs/hr(465cc/min) at 43.5psi green top injectors, could you tell me if these will be o.k with your chipset?
I'm not getting into an argument as to whether Samco is better than SFS or Roose or any other hose - they are all a vast improvement over factory items.
I also don't want to get into an argument over this either, but since the topic has come up, I have to let people know that the Roose water hose kit (sorry Paul - needed the hoses at short notice last year!) does not fit all the engines it's advertised to. One of the pipes is the wrong size. Roose were also monumentally unsympathetic when I told them, even though I said I didn't want anything because I'd sourced the right (size) hose anyway. Their line was basically "ours match the originals we started from", and they didn't even apologise or say "thank you" for bringing it to their attention.
Shocked, exhausted, hosed, bushed, dumped, chipped, mounted, filtered, gauged, packed, intermittantly wiped and braked. I mean broken. Now, about the car...
Ditto, wot is the latest on this, is it going ahead. if your busy at mo paul then sorry for impatience just don`t want to miss this one like i did the last one
