Vehicle Electronics kit - what do you want?

Hi,

Out of curiosity, what sort of kit, such as, diagnostics, control, dash coding, immobiliser key components, etc, would be of interest to the people on here?

Are spare parts such as DIS lcd's or iPod kits of interest?

Not quite what you requested job wise, but I bet there'd be a good market for replacing bleed LCD faces on the dash 'Casio' computer.

If someone can find me some details of the LCD, i can do my best to obtain the lcd panels.

Are these the displays in the dash clocks? (in between the rev counter/speedo) also known as the DIS? If identifying the panel is difficult, does anyone have a pair of knackered clocks i can try and identify the panel on? (happy to courier it there/back if you wouldn't want to sell it)

I have a spare computer/auto-check module with bleed LCD screen you could borrow as long as it returns functioning or even better with a new LCD Saves having to send the complete clocks.

I've just had a quick look on the ol' eBay: EDIT: scrube that ... they're the wrong clocks ... it's been a long day.

Well, I don't know what a faulty autocheck unit is worth, i'll post in the wanted section as would rather not borrow one thinking about it, just in case it gets damaged in my posession, unlikely, but would rather not risk it!
