Not wanting to step on anyones toes in the slightest, but I noticed small difference between old and new 86 2086SPD2, not sure what if any difference that will make across same axle.

Hi Lee, I would recommend a Weitec kit which I have on my Audi 100 Avant for 2 years now and I travel 500 miles a week in this car. I have the 60/40mm kit also.

Replacement bushings

Figured this is as good a place as any to post this, i had to replace the lower bushings on the rear of my Avant. Bushing was sourced though my local Koni distributor so i assume Yaz can order up the parts if needed?

S2 Avant rear lower bushing - K70 52 25 149, Rubberblok 12,15/L60

I noticed that too, set i bought years ago for the CQ are the same as the left hand shock, set i bought recently for the avant as the same as the right hand one.

I did however have issues on the avant with the shock being too short and had to add a spacer between the shock and strut top cap, didnt have that issue with the CQ. See thread here for details - http://www.s2forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=24633

Also when I got my old type konis rebuilt, they came back like the newer type. Messed me up a little with respect to the spacers.
