The best way to make the extention for the largest camgear. We made the aby extended cover 10mm larger.

Do you not have a cover for yours, James? I expect you need more than just an extension for the pulley. I expect you need an extension for the whole belt.

As with everything else on your car you probably need a one off cover for a wider belt.
